Self-Awareness: Who Are You?

"Who you believe you are" has a significant impact on how you communicate with others. Your self-concept is defined as the relatively stable set of perceptions you hold of yourself. A person with high self-esteem is more likely to think well of others; whereas, someone with Iow self-esteem is more likely to have a poor opinion of others.

Your sense of "self" is comprised of your beliefs, values and attitudes in addition to physical attributes, skills and abilities.
